Our guarantee

  • Satisfaction or your money back within 14 days of receipt of your new Trojan horse float.
  • Float must be notified and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Float must be returned in 'as new' condition, detail cleaned.
  • If not, detail cleaning will be charged at the rate current on sale invoice terms and conditions.
  • Any and all damage must be paid for at replacement cost.
  • Registration, delivery and any other sales related costs shall be bourne by the customer.

Our warranty

  • Five years structural on chassis and frames of horse floats.
  • 12 months on all materials and workmanship.
  • Extended warranty plan is available.
  • Our floats are constructed of galvanised tube section.
  • We warrant the frame and chassis for 5 years against breakage and structural corrosion.
  • Structural corrosion is that which breaches the integral strength of the frame or chassis.
  • Surface corrosion does not constitute structural corrosion.
